KOCHI: The Kerala High Court on Monday directed the state government to produce the order reinstating T Muralikrishnan as the additional legal adviser of the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (VACB).Justice C T Ravi Kumar issued the directive on a petition filed by advocate Somasundaram of Malappuram. Muralikrishnan had been terminated by the previous government following a corruption allegation and a vigilance inquiry. The petitioner had approached the High Court against Muralikrishnan’s appointment and while the petition was pending before the court, Muralikrishnanan was suspended on December 17, 2010 and terminated on December 28 by the previous government. On August 3, 2011, he was reinstated to service against which the petitioner has now approached the court.
