Renew trade licences before June 24

HYDERABAD: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has asked all traders to renew their trade licences as required under various rules of the HMC Acts for 2011-12.Traders can renew their licences at any e-Seva centres or citizen service centres in the GHMC limits. Those traders who have not taken trade licence can approach the nearest e-Seva Centre or CSCs in and apply for trade licence. Trade licences can be renewed from May 25 to June 24 without any penalty while those who renew from June 25 to August 24, a 25 percent of fee as penalty will be levied in addition to the original licence fee, according to GHMC officials.Those who renew after August 25, a 50 percent fee as penalty will be levied in addition to the original licence fee. The GHMC has also asked the traders to renew their trade licenses by June 24 itself to avoid any penalty.
