THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Millions of devotees of Sathya Sai Baba, not those who battle for his material wealth, are his spiritual heirs, said naxalite-turned-Sai devotee Philip M Prasad.
Reacting to recent reports about alleged financial fraud committed by certain members of Sathya Sai Central Trust, Prasad suggested that the heirship of earthly belongings of Baba can be partitioned among those who love gold and money. "The present feud at Prasanthi Nilayam is between those who love Bhagavan for his material wealth only. The real devotees who are striving to fulfil the spiritual wish of Baba do not care for this struggle at all,'' Prasad said.

He added that he was made to make such a statement as there was a lot of confusion regarding the affairs at Prasanthi Nilayam after the samadhi of Baba.

Prasad advised pilgrims not to visit Prasanthi Nilayam, other than for treatment purposes, for the time being as there is a tense law and order situation.
