HYDERABAD: Metropolitan magistrate of Cyberabad issued summons to film start Allu Arjun and his family members- Allu Aravind, Allu Sirish, Vasantha Lakshmi and Krishna Reddy for allegedly trespassing into a land owned by an advocate, Rahul Dev, and threatening him. The magistrate said the inspector of police did not investigate the case and dismissed the complaint as false. ''I find prima-facie evidence evidence in the petitioner’s complainant that he and his brother are owners of the property which is in their possession. The accused trespassed into their land, removed sign boards and damaged them. Hence I direct Allu Aravind, Allu Arjun, Allu Sirish, Vasantha Lakshmi and Krishna Reddy to appear in the court for offences committed under Sections 447 and 427 on August 8 and that the court issue summons to them,’’ the magistrate said in his order.
