Thousands of devotees gathered at Jama Masjid in Delhi on Thursday to offer prayers on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.

Eid-ul-Fitr, also known as the “Festival of Breaking the Fast”, is a significant festival celebrated by Muslims around the world. It marks the end of Ramadan, a month-long period of fasting, prayer, and reflection.

Eid Celebrations Across The Country

Former Union Minister and BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi was seen offering namaz at Panja Sharif Dargah at Kashmere Gate on the occasion of Eid-Ul-Fitr.

Every year, Eid-Ul-Fitr is celebrated with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm all over the world.

Children were seen hugging as they celebrated after offering Namaz in Delhi’s Jama Masjid.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also wished everyone celebrating ‘Eid-ul-Fitr’ on Wednesday. Taking to X (formerly Twitter) in a post, he wrote, “Best wishes on Eid-ul-Fitr. May this occasion further spread the spirit of compassion, togetherness and peace. May everyone be happy and healthy. Eid Mubarak!”
