Trigger Pitch to be held on Tuesday

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: ‘Trigger pitch’, a joint venture of Kerala State Chalachitra Academy and the Indian documentary foundation would be held at ‘The Residency Tower’ on Tuesday at 10.30 am.It is a joint initiative of Kerala State Chalachitra Academy and the Indian Documentary Foundation. The forum has been formed to bridge the gap between creative and marketing side of films to assure promotion of documentary and fiction films beyond the festival.The session will include six films  ‘Please Don’t Beat me sir!’, ‘You don’t belong’, ‘A Pestering Journey’, ‘Money and Honey’, ‘Beijing Besieged By Waste’, and ‘Rat Race’.The forum would thrust upon areas to propagate policy changes in marketing, build public engagements and propose strategic partnership and funding for film marketing. Organisations like Mahindra Rise, CGH Earth, NDTV, The Economic Times, Outlook Business, Panos South Asia, Terumo Penpol, Being Human: Salman Khan Foundation, PVR Cinemas and India Foundation For the Arts will be represented in the Forum.
