HYDERABAD: After Panchayat Raj minister K Jana Reddy's appeal to the TJAC to call off Sakala Janula Samme, the Telangana Telugu Desam Forum (TTDF) has decided to target both the TRS and the Congress in the region.“There has been a perceptible change in the attitude of TRS chief K Chandrasekhara Rao and TJAC chairman M Kodandaram after their return from Delhi,” TTDF convenor E Dayakar Rao alleged. The TRS chief claimed that after his representation to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, the power situation improved in the region, Dayakar Rao recalled. But the police suppression and number of arrests were increased in Telangana. Neither Rao nor Kodandaram were speaking on this, he said.“It is shameful on the part of Jana Reddy to request the employees to call off their strike,” Dayakar Rao said. He wondered why the TJAC or TRS failed to besiege the residence of Jana Reddy. ”The TRS and the Congress have reached a clandestine agreement. That is why the TJAC and the TRS are closely working with the Congress. Even after Jana Reddy's appeal, the TRS and TJAC are working with the Congress,” Dayakar Rao said. When all the 32 TDP MLAs from Telangana submitted their resignations for the cause of T, the TJAC did not appreciate the gesture. On the other hand, it was asking TDP leaders not to participate in the rail roko. But the TJAC and TRS were inviting Congress leaders to take part in it, Dayakar Rao said.On the other hand, the TRS chief did not come out of his office on Saturday when the T agitators actively participated in the rail roko.Rao should give answers to the people on his actions, Dayakar Rao demanded. He also wanted to know the secret mission undertaken by Rao during his Delhi visit and why Rao cancelled his scheduled trip to Delhi this week.Dayakar Rao appealed to the TJAC to disassociate itself with the Congress, which ditched the people of Telangana region, and work with the TTDF.“Let the TJAC organise a round-table meeting to bring leaders of all the parties under one umbrella.TDP leaders are ready to work with the TJAC without carrying the party flags,” Dayakar Rao declared. The silence of TRS chief and TJAC chairman on Congress' cheating was giving scope for suspicion, he said.If Jana Reddy did not submit his resignation to his minister post, the TTDF would plunge into direct action for Telangana state, Dayakar Rao said.Registering cases against some Congress MPs who participated in the rail roko, was yet another drama enacted by the ruling Congress, Dayakar Rao said.
