Watch: 'Katiyabaaz' features a local vigilante who steals electricity for Kanpur's poor

'Katiyabaaz', a film directed by Deepti Kakkar and Fahad Mustafa, highlights the issues faced by Kanpur due to power cuts and failures from the perspective of Loha Singh, a local katiyabaaz who, with an almost vigilante like attitude, steals electricity for the locals of the town.Winner of the National Award for Best Investigative film at the 61st National Awards the film has also several accolades at the Mumbai Film Festival, 2013. It had received a grant from the prestigious Sundance institute.
