If you are planning a destination wedding, than Anjallee and Arjun Kapoor's creations will surely add more glamour and fun to your trousseau. The designer duo showcased a range of collections for the various wedding functions at day three of Gionee India Beach Fashion Week 2015.

Presenting an assortment of looks with their "Persian Fantasy" collection for the various wedding functions, right from 'sangeet' to cocktail to reception, the designer duo had represented clothes for every occasion.

On one hand, there were Persian architecture-inspired embroidery and jewellery motifs, on the other hand, there were corsets, body suits and corset belts teamed with saris to give a contemporary twist to the six-yard wonder.

The colours ranged from scarlet red to olive, deep ochre and fuchsia on fabrics like velvet, tulle, silk and lace. Adding to the appeal, there was intricate detailing of gold kasab, dabka, badla, mukaish and gota work in the varied options skillfully displayed on the runway.

While lehengas were creatively teamed with sherwanis and blouses, anarkalis gowns were in soft pastels that moved gracefully from blush, peach, soft gold and ivory.

Some of the outfits that grabbed eyeballs were fishtail gowns, and saris in black and red georgette. The final line up of embellished lehengas, cholis and dupattas was a tribute to Indian craftsmen as well as the designers' creativity.

For men's wear it was an elegant combination of textures and fabrics with a collection of waistcoats, kurtas, pyjamas, sherwanis and Indo-western options. There was also a heavy emphasis on Jodhpur pants and dhoti salwars topped with ornate sherwanis.
