As Simone shared her mesmerising pictures from the event on her Instagram feed, she also praised the Indian film, All We Imagine As Light, which received the prestigious ‘Le Grand Prix’ award at the 77th edition of the Cannes Film Festival. “Some wonderful memories I’d love to share from Cannes…Seeing ‘All we imagine as light’ win the Grand Prix prize. Watching 4 incredible Indian women beam and hug eachother on the stage,” she wrote in the caption.
