How to Consume?

One can combine all three seeds in equal parts and store them in a separate container. Take 1 teaspoon of the mixture every day.

Take 1 teaspoon of each (cumin, fennel and omam), approximately 5 grams every day.

Avoid excessive consumption: Don’t consume these seeds in large quantities as it could harm the stomach. Increase the dose as per your stomach problems. Even better if you seek expert advice before consuming these seeds.

Avoid consuming these seeds if you’re pregnant, or are breastfeeding.

Soak cumin seeds overnight and in the morning, boil them for a few minutes and enjoy this healthy antioxidant.

People with bleeding disorders, must not consume fennel as it might increase the risk of bleeding or bruising.

Add 1 teaspoon of ajwain to a glass of warm water and let it stand for overnight. Next day, drink this antioxidant water whenever required.
