After a six-year absence, global star Jennifer Lawrence returned to the Oscars red carpet. Despite not receiving a nomination this year, the actor served as a presenter at the 96th Academy Awards. Preceding Hollywood’s grand night, it’s customary for stars to be interviewed by anchors on the red carpet. This year, social media sensation Amelia Dimoldenberg found herself engaging with Hollywood’s elite due to her captivating and distinctive interviews at red-carpet premieres.
Dimoldenberg began her conversation with Lawrence on the red carpet by praising the actor’s “absolutely stunning” appearance. “I’m not shocked, because you always look really beautiful,” Dimoldenberg continued.
She continued by asking Lawrence whether she was “feeling happy to be here at the Oscars.” “Yeah, I’m really excited. I realized yesterday when I came for rehearsal, I don’t think, I haven’t been here since I was 25,” replied Lawrence.
Subsequently, the host jokingly inquired whether she had any advice for any nominees to avoid falling down the staircase.
“Well, yeah, just don’t do that.” Lawrence then went on to admit that she “fell the next year too.” “So then it just looked like I one hundred per cent faked a fall.” “I fell on a cone,” the actor said. Dimoldenberg asked, “Sorry, an ice cream cone?” “I wish. No, an orange cone,” the actor stated. “I am trying to start a petition to get an ice cream truck on the Red Carpet,” Dimoldenberg playfully added.
The two of them went on to compliment each other’s cat-eye look, which led to discussions on whether they liked or disliked cats and whether or not cats spoke English.

The long-time Dior ambassador appeared at Hollywood’s Dolby Theatre wearing an exclusive Christian Dior Haute Couture outfit. The fabric of her voluminous black gown was dotted with white polka dots. The actor wore a similar shawl, which she draped on her shoulders, along with an expansive skirt and corseted bodice.
Lawrence accessorised it with a diamond ring, tennis bracelet, and necklace made of dazzling Swarovski Created Diamonds set with varying-cut stones. She wore her hair in an Old Hollywood-esque side-parted wavy style for glitz, accessorising with a jet-black cat-eye and rosy gloss.
