The actor often takes to her social media to speak about fitness and share her fitness routine. Recently, she took to her Instagram to share a carousel post where she shared a series of exercises that can help you strengthen your back and hip flexor muscles with ankle weights.

Taking to her Instagram, Malaika Arora shared five exercises that one can do at home to strengthen their back and hip flexors. The exercises do not require any expensive gym machinery, all you need are just weights that you can strap on your ankles.

The first exercise includes back extensions with twists that need to be repeated 10 times. Then, she moves to back extensions with legs that need to be performed 10 times. For the third exercise, she increased the intensity and performed back leg lifts and opposite arm lifts 10 times. The fourth exercise includes an L-sit with a single leg raise over yoga blocks for 10 times; the fifth exercise includes a seated L-sit single leg raise over yoga blocks for 20 seconds. Malaika has advised to perform two sets of this intensive routine.
