Ranbir Kapoor turned showstopper for fashion designer Tarun Tahiliani’s Baaraat by Tasva show, held in Delhi. Several videos and photos of Ranbir, dressed as an Indian groom for the event, surfaced on social media. In one clip, he made a grand entrance in a stylish car while traditional dhols played in the background. The actor greeted the audience by waving, blowing kisses, and folding his hands in gratitude. Baaraat by Tasva fashion show, was presented by the Aditya Birla Group in collaboration with celebrity designer Tarun Tahiliani. Fully embodying the theme of the event, Kapoor arrived in an elegant car, stepping into the role of a groom accompanied by groomsmen-models. His look, which epitomized the perfect groom, featured a regal silk ivory sherwani, paired with a matching churidar. The sherwani, adorned with intricate hand-embroidered details and sequin work, added a royal touch. He completed the ensemble with ivory and pink mojari shoes, and a graceful dupatta draped over his shoulder.

Adding to his majestic look, Kapoor wore a silk ivory pagdi (turban), adorned with colorful stones and a refined white pearl accessory.
Speaking about the Baaraat collection, Tarun Tahiliani shared on Tasva’s official Instagram page, “We operate with a fundamental principle at Tasva: Indian men often claim that traditional clothes are uncomfortable. We are here to show that they can be both comfortable and beautiful when made with the right craftsmanship. Tasva brings together Indian and Eastern embroidery techniques with Western tailoring.”
