Blissful celebrations have taken over Gujarat, as Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding festivities are in full swing. The youngest son of Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani is expected to get married to Radhika Merchant later this year. The couple’s pre-wedding festivities were organised at the Ambani family’s farmhouse in Jamnagar. The fashionistas are well aware that the Ambani festivities are nothing less than a fashion celebration. Proving us right through and through is Shloka Mehta’s style statement. Akash Ambani’s better half is making sure to spell-bind the world with her ethnic charm. For one of the functions, Shloka slipped into a gorgeous lehenga set, coming from the shelves of Anamika Khanna. Shloka’s love for traditional silhouettes remains constant, but we are surely bookmarking the ombre effect on this one.
The three-piece set highlighted the gold, blush pink and muted tangerine tone. The heavily embellished number featured a flowy lehenga that was further accentuated through the intricate embroidery on its broad borders. Shloka paired the lehenga with an equally heavy blouse, featuring a scoop neckline and short sleeves. Her heavy-duty lehenga set was balanced out with the blush pink dupatta with intricate designs only on the border. Shloka carried the dupatta on one shoulder. Shloka completed her look by leaving her middle-parted tresses open and styling them in curled ends. We give a solid ten on ten to her emerald green diamond set that not only enhanced her gleam but also added the perfectly needed contrast to the pastel look.

Time and again, Shloka Mehta has proved that her sartorial choices are a one-stop solution to every fashionista’s wardrobe dilemma. Versatility has always stood true to her style statement. And we even got to see that during Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding festivities. During another celebration, Shloka Mehta draped herself in six yards of wonders. Not just any saree, but a piece from the shelves of Bollywood’s favourite designer Manish Malhotra. When it’s Manish Malhotra, chiffon and sequin go hand-in-hand and Shloka Mehta’s drapecomes loaded with it all.
The chiffon drape came with an ombre effect in rose pink and fuchsia pink hues. The drape highlighted massive floral motifs around the hemline. The slinky lace border further adorned the piece. Shloka Mehta added the retro touch by styling her saree with a bishop-sleeved blouse with ruffled borders. The ethereal blouse in pink featured intricate embroidery at the close neckline. This time she half-tied her tresses and styled them with loose curl ends. Keeping it on the minimal end, Shloka ditched her necklace and simply carried a pair of danglers.
