Starring Nana Patekar, Gul Panag, Ashutosh Rana in key roles, this is a sequel to the 2004 film 'Ab Tak Chhappan'.

'Ab Tak Chappan 2', starring Nana Patekar, Mohan Agashe, Gul Panag and Ashutosh Rana in key roles, is a sequel to the Shimit Amin directed 2004 release 'Ab Tak Chhappan'. Slated to hit the theatres on February 27, we have listed out five awesome reasons why this film deserves your attention.

- Nana Patekar, of course

Towards the end of the first trailer for 'Ab Tak Chappan 2', critically-acclaimed actor Nana Patekar says, "Force chhodne se pehle 56 encounter kiye they. Yeh ek 56 ke barabar hai," (I had killed 56 people before I left the Police force; this one will be equal to 56 of them).

According to media reports, 64-year-old Patekar, who reprises his role as Sadhu Agashe, has refused to use a body double in the film. In fact, he has done all the stunts himself.

Patekar fans have that to look forward to.

- Gul Panag

Actress-turned-politician Gul Panag, who was last seen in 'Fatso!' and 'Turning 30', will be seen as a crime reporter who works with Patekar's character in the film to investigate a case.

- Ashutosh Rana

After a short, but refreshing performance in 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania' as Alia Bhatt's father, actor Ashutosh Rana will be seen in the role of the police officer Suryakant Thorat in the film.

- Director

Filmmaker Aejaz Gulab, whose first film is 'Ab Tak Chappan 2', has earlier worked on stunts for critically-acclaimed films such as, 'Lagaan: Once Upon a Time in India', 'Raanjhanaa' and 'Sarfarosh'.

Fans of the series can look forward to a lot of action in this film as well.

- Look and feel of the film

With a thrilling background score by Sandeep Chowta, the sequel looks polished and made on a higher budget than its 2004 counterpart.
