Adnaan Shaikh Files FIR Amid Assault Allegations By Sister: 'Nothing Will Be Hidden'

Big Boss OTT 3 fame Adnaan Shaikh recently made headlines for his wedding to longtime girlfriend Ayesha which took place on September 24. However, shortly after the celebrations, he found himself in a legal battle after his sister filed an FIR against him, accusing him of assault. Recently, in a video posted by a popular paparazzo account, Adnaan Shaikh addressed the ongoing rumours surrounding him, confirming that he has also filed an FIR. In the video, he stated, “It’s nothing, my legal team is on it. I have also filed an FIR. Nothing will be hidden. I have full trust in the Mumbai police and whoever does wrong will soon be behind bars.”

Adnaan’s friend also spoke up in the video, saying, “I will just that I have seen him manage the entire wedding alone. Both his parents fell ill and he handled everything by himself. So, it feels like as a friend I need to support him. As for the rumours, it is all part of life. He is smart enough to handle it. I would advise him to focus on his work and keep moving forward.”

Adnaan had earlier addressed the rumours in a video he shared on his Instagram story. He had said, “I have been seeing rumors circulating for the past few days, but I didn’t think it was necessary to respond. However, the PR team picked up the story because my wedding was highly publicised, and some people, especially old acquaintances, didn’t like that.”

He also mentioned that false FIR complaints were being spread but expressed his faith in the judicial system.

Following the complaint, a video had surfaced on X showing Adnaan’s sister outside the Bangur Nagar police station in Goregaon, where she spoke about taking a legal step against her brother. “Main aayi thi Bangur Nagar police station apne bhai ke khilaaf complain karne. Usne mujhe mara tha. Thodi jadhojahad karne ke baad, finally aaj meri FIR le li gayi hai (I came to Bangur Nagar police station to file a complaint against my brother. He hit me. After some struggle, my FIR has finally been lodged),” the woman stated. Reports indicate that she has been seeking help from an activist named Furkhan Shaikh.

Adnaan Shaikh, who gained fame as a wildcard entrant on Bigg Boss OTT 3, was on the show for a week before his elimination.
