Antony Varghese Pepe Completes The Shoot Of His Next With The Makers Of RDX

Antony Varghese Pepe has completed the shooting of his new film directed by Ajith Mampally. The team wrapped up the production after 96 days of shooting. Out of the 96 days, the team spent over 70 days at the sea, which was challenging. Antony Varghese Pepe took to his social media to announce the completion of the shoot. He posted a picture from the clapperboard and wrote a note thanking the team who supported him throughout the shoot.

The film is backed by the makers of Minnal Murali and RDX. After completing the shoot, they said, “After 96 intense days of shooting, production number 7 is officially complete! This unprecedented journey took us through more than 70 challenging days at sea and pushed us to our limits like never before. Kudos to our dedicated crew whose hard work made this film possible. Now, all that’s left is excitement. Get ready to hit the theatres this Onam for an unforgettable movie experience!”.

Directed by debutant Ajith Mampally, the film, yet to be titled, stars Antony Varghese Pepe in the lead role and Raj B Shetty in a pivotal role. The upcoming film has been scripted by Ajith Mampally, along with Roylin Robert and Satheesh Thonakkal. On the technical front, popular composer Sam CS, known for his works like Kaithi, Puriyatha Puthir, Vikram Vedha, Odiyan, Adanga Maru and NOTA will handle the music department. Jithin Stanislaus is the cinematographer and Sreejith Sarang is the editor.

Antony Varghese debuted in 2017, playing the lead role of Vincent Pepe in Angamaly Diaries, directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery. The film became a blockbuster, making him famous. He is now known by his screen name Pepe. The role took him to great heights and won him several awards including the Filmfare Awards South. His second film was Swathandriam Ardharathriyil, directed by debutant Tinu Pappachan.
