Recently, a criminal case was registered against Bandla Ganesh for illegally occupying a house. According to reports, he has taken possession of a house on a rental basis from a businesswoman, Dr Aalima Nowhera Shaik. The total amount of the house was Rs 75 crores and it was decided that he was to pay Rs 1 lakh every month. But later on, he refused to pay the rent to Sheikh and when asked to vacate the house, tried to threaten her.
It is also said that he detained the Heera Group CEO, which led her to file charges against him with the police. According to the complaint, Bandla planned to attack the CEO in her house with the help of his goons. It was also mentioned that he was using her house for anti-social activities.
He was earlier also sentenced to one year in prison and fined Rs 95 lakh in a check bounce case, as per India Today. The district court ordered him to pay all legal fees and sentenced him to jail concerning the cheque bounce case. This case commenced in 2019 after he borrowed money from an individual called Jetti Venkateshwarlu.
