Sana Raees Khan is a name that became synonymous with Bigg Boss 17, the Hindi version. A Supreme Court lawyer, she has been associated with high-profile cases. In an interview, she talked about her risky profession and opened up about receiving death threats.
In an interview, Sana Raees Khan mentioned, “I prioritise tasks based on urgency and significance.” She believes in teamwork and hence has formed a team to manage her administrative responsibilities. She said that it is because of the help from the team she can focus on her work.
The Bigg Boss star further added that she was a lawyer earlier, but after appearing in the show, it has given her recognition all over India among the general public who know about her high-profile cases. Along with that, the docuseries The Indrani Mukerjea Story: Buried Truth gave her recognition and fame. She even called it the “biggest murder case” in the country which gave her international recognition. Sana was involved in the execution of the series.
She said, “My profession involves high risk and I contribute largely to societal justice where people’s lives and deaths are at stake.” She mentioned that she had been vocal about receiving death threats while fighting for Divya Pahuja in the Haryana encounter case. She added, “After I secured her bail, she was tragically murdered, which affected my peace of mind.” The lawyer shared that with time, she realised the impact of her work on society due to her profession. She can save people’s lives and even give them a second chance at life.
Meanwhile, Sana Khan also hinted at upcoming exciting work for her. She said that she has always been fond of sports and a new sports project will be announced soon.
