Isha Malviya Says Munawar Faruqui Kept Ayesha On Standby: 'Main At Least Abhishek Se Alag Hone Ke Baad...'

Isha Malviya from Bigg Boss 17 recently disclosed some behind-the-scenes facts about the Salman Khan-hosted show. She revealed that the washrooms in the Bigg Boss house were equipped with microphones. Isha, who got evicted just before the finale week, shared during a podcast with comedians Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa that she cried a lot after being scolded by Salman Khan for the first time on a Weekend Ka Vaar episode. Interestingly, although there was no footage of her crying as she did so in the bathroom, people could hear her cries as the bathroom’s roof was equipped with a microphone.

Isha revealed, “If one goes to the bathroom without wearing their mic, it doesn’t matter because the roof of the bathroom has a small microphone. It is to capture the sound if you talk from inside the bathroom or talk while crying there.”

She also addressed criticism for asking for food after being scolded by Karan Johar during one of the Weekend Ka Vaar episodes. She said, “Daant padd gayi padd gayi, lekin khaana toh khaoge na (Even if you are scolded, you will eat food na). Also, the food boxes that came on Weekend ka Vaar episodes had chocolate pastries, how could I miss that?”

Isha opened up on Munawar Faruqui too. She said, “Mere upar bhi wahi bomb gire hain jo Munawar ke upar gire hain; ex present, whatever. Main at least Abhishek se alag hone ke baad Samarth ke paas gayi par Munawar ki jo cheezein aayi hain bahar… usne Ayesha ko stand-by pe rakha hai, fir koi aur bhi hai (I faced the same issues that Munawar faced. I was with Samarth after breaking up with Abhishek. The things with Munawar were different. He had Ayesha on standby, and there’s someone else).”

She said that Munawar’s success was because of his fans who ignored his relationship issues and voted for him. “Munawar bhai ne kuch bhi kiya, mujhe nahi pata. Lekin Munawar bhai achhe hain, humein pata hai… Kaash yaar mere bhi itne kattar fans hote jo meri galtiyon pe bhi parda daalne ke liye ready rehte (Munawar’s fans are not bothered about it. I wish I also had such dedicated fans who were ready to cover up for my mistakes).”
