Finally, after teasing with BTS photos, Alia Bhatt’s starrer song Chal Kudiye from Jigra has been released. The makers shared the video featuring Diljit Dosanjh and the actress on social media. Fans are loving it. Jigra is one of the most anticipated films of 2024. Eight years after they collaborated on the hit track Ikk Kudi, the duo is back with Chal Kudiye.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Alia Bhatt shared a video in which we can see both celebrating women’s strength. “#ChalKudiye OUT NOW! #Jigra in cinemas, 11th October,” read the caption. One of the fans wrote, “Alia is superstar now go n argue with walls.” Another wrote, “The opening dialogue already had me. Also, Alia’s voice matches dilijit’s energy so beautifully.” Chal Kudiye is an uplifting anthem that celebrates hope and resilience of women across various fields, urging them to rise above challenges and embrace their inner strength.

The song is available now on the Saregama YouTube channel and all major audio streaming platforms.
Coming to Jigra, recently, the teaser was released and everyone was in awe of her performance. The video opens with Alia Bhatt having a drink in a hotel and talking about her brother. She says that there is very little time and she has to do a lot. As the video proceeds, we see that Vedang Raina is arrested and Alia is trying to release him. She is brave as she faces goons and even fights with them. The video also gives us a glimpse of their old memories. It will be really interesting to see her doing all the action scenes. The teaser was shared by Karan Johar on his social handle.
Directed by Vasan Bala, Jigra stars Alia Bhatt in the lead role, with Vedang Raina playing her brother. The film is presented by Viacom18 Studios, Dharma Productions, and Eternal Sunshine Productions, and produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Alia Bhatt, Shaheen Bhatt, and Somen Mishra. Jigra is set to hit theaters on October 11, 2024.
On the work front, Diljit Dosanjh will be next seen in Border 2. Sunny Deol dropped a special video on Instagram to announce Diljit’s casting. Sunny wrote, “Welcoming Fauji @diljitdosanjh to the Battalion of #Border2 .” Sunny also dropped a video highlighting the bravery and valour of soldiers to announce that Diljit will also play a soldier in the film.
