Justin Bieber's ‘Last-Minute’ No-Show For Usher's Super Bowl Performance Leaves Fans Heartbroken
Although Usher was joined by Alicia Keys and H.E.R. followed by Post Malone, Lil John, and Reba McEntire at the Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show, Justin Beiber did not make an appearance with the singer on stage.

It was a night of celebrations at the Allegiant Stadium in Los Angeles as the Kansas City Chiefs retained their title by defeating the San Francisco 49ers 25-22 at the Super Bowl LVIII on February 11. While everyone’s eyes were on the thrilling match, the halftime show entertained the audience with its interesting line-up of artists. Taking the centre stage was singer-songwriter Usher who made the masses groove to the beats of his songs. Earlier, reports claimed that Justin Beiber would be joining Usher on stage, especially because the duo have a collaborative song under their name — Somebody To Love. However, although Beiber was present at the stadium, he did not perform with Usher.

According to a report by Elle, Justin Beiber and his supermodel wife Hailey were spotted sitting together in the stands shortly before the football match began. Although Usher was joined by Alicia Keys and H.E.R. followed by Post Malone, Lil John, and Reba McEntire, Beiber did not make an appearance with Usher. Apparently, it was a last-minute decision taken by the STAY singer. Not long ago, TMZ reported that Usher had been ‘hitting up’ Beiber to join him during his Super Bowl Halftime Show. “Still no word on whether Justin agreed—but we know they’ve been chatting …A LOT,” the report read back then.

Speculations were further reinformed about Usher and Justin Beiber’s joint performance when the latter was photographed arriving in Las Vegas with Hailey and the Kardashian clan on February 10. However, despite getting an invitation from Usher and being in talks with the singer for some time, Beiber preferred not to go on stage. The reason for his sudden change in decision is not known.

Justin Beiber’s last full-fledged performance was at an intimate show at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on February 1, reports Elle. Last year in February he canceled his Justice World Tour dates for reasons unknown. Ever since the singer has been maintaining a low profile. But, Beiber has been taking an active part in making music. “Justin’s been working on his new record for the last six months,” claims a report by People. Nevertheless, Beiber taking an unexpected back-foot from his speculated Super Bowl performance has puzzled his fans.
