Kapil Sharma Taunts Sunil Grover In 1st Episode of His New Show: 'This Is Exactly What Leads To Fights'

Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover have reunited once again. The latter is now a part of The Great Indian Kapil Show which premiered on Saturday. The first episode of the show welcomed Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni as the guests. In the episode, Sunil Grover returned as his popular fictional character Gutthi when he was also seen getting into a banter with Kapil Sharma.

Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover taunted each other multiple times and also talked about their 7-year-long fight. After Sunil made his entry in a box, Kapil said, “Why do I feel I’ve met someone like this stupid girl before?” Sunil replied, “I think I’ve seen you deliver food for a food delivery app as well.” When Kapil asked if he had watched Zwigato, Grover quickly commented, “No, even I didn’t watch it.” Following this, Kapil warned Sunil and said, “This is exactly what leads to fights.” Grover also added, “Well, fights do happen. In fact, some people enjoy these fights. Someone outside just asked me when they will get to see the second season of our fight.”

Later in the episode, Sunil saw Ranbir, Neetu and Raddhima when he asked, “When did you all come?” To this, Kapil shared a hilarious response and said, “They have been here for a while. You just got here.” Not just this, when Grover argued that he got late because of traffic, Kapil added, “In what type of traffic set were you stuck in that it took you six years to come here?” However, Sunil also gave him a befitting reply and commented, “Well, at least I made it back in six years. It would have taken you nine years to walk back from Australia.”

The Great Indian Kapil Show marks Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover’s reunion after seven years. Grover became a household name with his fictional characters Gutthi and Dr Mashoor Gulati in Comedy Nights With Kapil and The Kapil Sharma Show respectively. However, he had an ugly fight with Kapil in 2018. The two were on a flight while they were returning from a show in Australia when they got into a heated argument. Sunil then stopped working with Kapil and the two didn’t speak to each other up until last year.
