Pooja Hegde’s recent purchase has the actress making headlines for the last few days. The pan-India actress recently gifted herself a swanky sea-facing abode in Mumbai. The lavish property spanning 4,000 square feet is situated in the prime location of Bandra, making it worth around Rs 45 crore. If this isn’t enough, the new house also offers panoramic sea views adding to the already dreamy space. With her recent purchase, the Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan actress has become a neighbour to Atlee, the director of Jawan.
A report by ETimes quoted a source as saying, “Pooja Hegde has moved to her new abode, and it’s the same building where director Atlee, resides with his family. The actor’s house has been decorated in a luxurious way. Moreover, Pooja has six big-ticket films in her kitty already and a few more that she is in talks with.”
Atlee, who is known for films like Mersal, Bigil and Theri, shifted to Mumbai while working on the film Jawan. The director moved to the city last year with his wife Priya and the couple even welcomed their baby son Meer here. Besides, after moving to Mumbai, Atlee turned producer with Varun Dhawan’s Baby John. It is a remake of his film, Theri.
It needs to be mentioned that Pooja Hegde has reportedly been approached by Jr NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts for a special song in RRR actor’s upcoming film Devara. Earlier, the Radhe Shyam actress shared screenspace with Jr NTR in Trivirkam Srinivas-directed super hit film, Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava. Devara will feature Jr NTR alongside Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan who are all set for their Telugu debut with the film.
Meanwhile, Pooja Hegde’s last appearance was in Bollywood’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The film starred Salman Khan as the protagonist and served as the official remake of the Ajith Kumar-starrer Tamil film, Veeram. Her list of upcoming projects includes films like Deva. Directed by Rosshan Andrrews, the narrative of the film revolves around a rebellious police officer who uncovers a web of mystery to solve a high-profile case.
