Mumbai Police recorded actor Salman Khan’s statement on Wednesday, June 12 in connection to the firing case outside his house. As reported by the news agency PTI, a four-member crime branch team visited Khan’s Galaxy Apartments in Bandra and recorded his statement for 4 hours.
Not just Salman but his brothers – Arbaaz and Sohail’s statements were also recorded. While Salman’s statement was recorded for nearly four hours, his brother’s statement was recorded for more than two hours, an official said.

A total of six persons have been arrested in the case by Mumbai police as of now.
Last month, the President of the All India Bishnoi Society, Devendra Budiya, also issued a statement and argued that the Bollywood superstar’s apology would be considered if he seeks forgiveness. “If Salman himself apologizes, the Bishnoi society will consider the apology. The mistake was not made by Somy Ali, but it was committed by Salman,” the Bishnoi gang leader told IANS, as quoted by Pinkvilla.
“Therefore, he should propose to the Bishnoi society that he wants to apologize. He should come to the temple and seek forgiveness. He should further take an oath that he will never make such a mistake in the future and will always work to protect wildlife and conserve the environment. If he does this, a decision of the society to forgive him will be considered,” he added.
After the shocking incident, Salman Khan’s security was upgraded. Earlier, the actor had two PSOs. Now, two commandos, two escort vehicles and 11 cops under the Y+ category security have also been provided to him. Additionally, personnel in the security convoy will carry two automatic guns.
