Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding has become a global sensation due to its series of grand festivities and high-profile guest list. The wedding, held on July 12 at the Jio World Centre, was followed by extravagant celebrations on July 13 and 14. Photos and videos from the event continue to flood the internet.
The latest viral video features actress Janhvi Kapoor dancing to the classic Bollywood song “Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam.” In the video, Janhvi and Shikhar Pahariya are seen dancing in opposite directions, while an unseen person records Janhvi’s moves. Amidst this, Ananya Panday, unaware of the ongoing recording, humorously crouches and sneaks past, causing a puzzled reaction from Sara Ali Khan, who turns to find Janhvi dancing for the camera.
Numerous videos of celebrities dancing at Anant Ambani’s baraat have surfaced online, showcasing a star-studded celebration. The baraat saw energetic performances by actors like Ranveer Singh, Ananya Panday, Janhvi Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Anil Kapoor, Rajinikanth, and even WWE star John Cena. The musical lineup included live performances by international artists such as Rema, Honey Singh, and AP Dhillon, who entertained the baraatis with their hits.
Several Bollywood and international stars were present at Anant and Radhika’s wedding. These included Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, John Cena, Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone, to name a few.
Earlier, the Ambanis hosted Anant and Radhika’s pre-wedding celebrations in Jamnagar that included a performance by international superstar Rihanna.
Anant, the son of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani, and Radhika, the daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant, chose Jamnagar as the destination for their pre-wedding celebration for its personal significance. Anant had shared with India Today that his grandmother was born in the city, and both his grandfather, Dhirubhai Ambani, and his father began their business there. He expressed his joy at being able to celebrate in a place so integral to his family’s history. “This is my dadi’s janmbhoomi and my dada and papa’s karmbhoomi,” Anant stated.
