'See You In Few Hours': Hansal Mehta Wishes Pratik Gandhi On His Birthday

Actor Pratik Gandhi has been making headlines for some time now for his recent film Do Aur Do Pyaar. In this film, he was seen acting alongside Bollywood actress Vidya Balan which received huge applause from the audience. On the occasion of Pratik’s birthday, well-known filmmaker Hansal Mehta wished the actor by posting a picture on Instagram.

The famous producer shared some pictures of their moments captioning it ‘Swinging with my rock! Happy Birthday Pratik Gandhi. See you on set in a few hours!’ The deep friendship between the actor and the director grew following the success of the series Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story. The series received massive applause from every corner of the world.

In the picture that Hansal Mehta shared on the occasion of Pratik’s birthday, they can be seen spending some leisure moments amidst their busy shooting schedule. Some of the posted pictures were captured during the shoot of Scam 1992. The bonding between them grew more as they shared the same passion and interests along with their Gujarati background which served as a foundation stone to their friendship.

Hansal Mehta is currently busy filming his upcoming series named Gandhi, set to star Pratik Gandhi in the leading role. He is known for his works like Shahid, Citylights, Aligarh, Omertà, Scam 1992 and many more. In 2014, he won the National Award for Best Direction for his film Shahid.

Earlier, during the filming of his upcoming series Gandhi, Hansal met veteran filmmaker and actor Shekhar Kapoor in London. The famous filmmaker shared a picture on his Instagram handle about their meeting on the set of Gandhi.

Hansal and director Shekhar Kapoor were seen walking in the streets of London while talking to each other.
