Former Bigg Boss 16 contestant Shiv Thakare has ignited a flurry of speculation among fans and media alike after sharing a captivating image on his official Instagram handle. The black and white photo, posted to his Instagram stories, shows Shiv tenderly kissing the head of a mystery woman, whose face is concealed by a heart emoticon. This cryptic post has spurred numerous rumors about the identity of the woman.
In an interview with Times Now, Shiv Thakare shed light on the kind of partner he desires. He revealed, “I just want an honest girl who prioritises relationships.” Shiv further expressed that he tends to be both possessive and emotional in matters of love, proudly stating, “No one can love more than me,” and describing himself as “old-schooled” when it comes to relationships.
Meanwhile, during a different interview with Instant Bollywood, when asked about umpteen marriage offers, Shiv Thakare gave a befitting reply. He emphasised on the importance of finding someone who values him beyond his fame and success, “Abhi jo ayegi naa, vo fame and kaam ke baad, chali nhi jaani chahiya. Isliye mein ruka hua hu ki jo uske famous hona ko ya abhi ke Shiv Thakare ko pasand na kre, vo insaan ko pasand kre (The one who comes into my life now, should not leave after fame and success. That’s why I’m waiting for someone who doesn’t admire me for being famous as Shiv Thakare right now, but for who I am as a person),” the Bigg Boss 16 fame responded.
During his stint in Bigg Boss Marathi, Shiv Thakare was reportedly in a relationship with fellow contestant Veena Jagtap. Additionally, he was rumored to be dating actress Daisy Shah, though both denied these speculations.
Shiv Thakare’s journey in the entertainment industry began with his participation in the 2017 show MTV Roadies Rising. He then appeared in The Anti-Social Network, another MTV production. His popularity surged when he joined Bigg Boss Marathi 2, where he emerged as the winner.
