SS Rajamouli Disliked Telugu Film Colour Photo’s Climax: Report
SS Rajamouli reportedly shared that it was just one scene which he did not like in the film.

SS Rajamouli is one of the renowned directors in India, who has primarily delivered hits in the Telugu industry. He is known for his epic, action and fantasy genre films. He has belted out some of the highest-grossing films. Generally, if he likes a film, he makes sure to praise the makers and actors and also urges the audience to watch it. As per reports, SS Rajamouli recently has confessed that he did not like a certain National Award-winning film. This statement has created a stir online. SS Rajamouli reportedly did not like the Telugu film Colour Photo, and he confessed this to the film’s director, Sandeep Raj. The National Award Winning film stars Suhas, Chandini Chowdary and Sunil. It was released on OTT amid the Covid-19 pandemic and was quite a hit among the audience upon its release on the AHA platform.

Now, the twist is that SS Rajamouli did not dislike the whole film. He reportedly shared that it was just one scene which he did not like. As per reports, SS Rajamouli did not like the climax of Colour Photo, where the lead hero Suhas’ character dies. Apart from that, SS Rajamouli told the director that the film was “terrific”.

The reports elaborated that the day Colour Photo was announced as the National Award winner, the Baahubali director called Sandeep Raj to his office. Upon his arrival, he confessed that he did not like the climax, which left Sandeep Raj shocked. Reportedly, SS Rajamouli further added that he loved the rest of the film and even connected deeply with the hero’s character, and he did not like the demise of the lead hero.

As per reports, he advised Sandeep Raj that a film should begin with death, but never end with one. He further added that the hero’s death should be shown only if the plot includes something good happening. Later, in an interview, Sandeep Raj shared that SS Rajamouli’s words were like Bhagavad Gita to him.

Colour Photo left a significant impression on the audience. Directed by Sandeep Raj, the film narrates the tragic story of Jayakrishna and Deepthi who are engineering students and belong to starkly different backgrounds. The duo fall in love with each other. The love story was loved by the Telugu audience and received appreciation and accolades from cine-goers.
