Taapsee Pannu SLAMS Turkish Airlines Over A 24-Hour Delay: 'Not Passenger's Problem To Figure Out'

Actress Taapsee Pannu, who recently starred in “Khel Khel Mein” with Akshay Kumar, took to her Instagram stories in August 2024 to express her disappointment with Turkish Airlines. In the story, she called it her “#WorstExperience” and shared how her flight was delayed by 24 hours without prior intimation.

In her Instagram story, Taapsee slammed Turkish Airlines and accused them of having the “most ‘non-caring’ customer service.” She shared that passengers on her flight were left to fend for themselves because the airline offered no support. According to her, there wasn’t even a customer care service to help with the long delays, forcing travelers to figure things out on their own.

The exact reasons for the delays weren’t clear.

Taking to her Instagram story, Taapsee wrote, “#WorstExperience @turkishairlines u have the most “non caring” customer care service. Or wait, u don’t have a customer “care” service itself especially for passengers who suffer coz of your delay. Left to figure it out yourself. Wow 24 hour delay coz of your airline issue is not passenger’s problem to figure out!”

Not long back, Taapsee, who is known to be vocal about social issues, expressed concern for the current situation of women’s safety in the country as she revisited the her film Pink’s theme. “8 years ago we never knew this small film of ours would find such a big place in the notable films of our country and 8 years after that we can’t believe that we are still amidst the battle and struggle of security of women and their consent. What bittersweet emotion it is for someone who is proud to be a part of this film,” she said.

Taapsee Pannu was recently seen alongside Akshay Kumar in Khel Khel Mein. The film co-starring Pragya Jaiswal, Ammy Virk and Vaani Kapoor failed to perform well at the box office. Besides the comedy-drama, Taapsee also had another release this month – Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba in which she reprised her role of Rani Kashyap from the film Haseen Dillruba. Joining the actress to entertain the masses were Vikrant Massey and Sunny Kaushal who portrayed her husbands in the film.

Taapsee Panu married Mathias Boe earlier this year.
