Taapsee Pannu has been busy promoting her new film Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba, co-starring Vikrant Massey, Sunny Kaushal and Jimmy Shergill. Directed by Jayprad Desai, the film promises to be an engaging romantic thriller. Recently, the lead cast of the film arrived in Delhi for a grand promotional event, where Taapsee’s stunning look all-white ensemble stole the show.
On Thursday, she shared a photo dump on her Instagram handle showcasing the gorgeous attire she opted for the promotional event. Taapsee wore a white waistcoat paired with a matching floor-length pencil skirt, complemented by a long white cloth draped like a saree pallu. However, her outfit featured a unique detail — a delicate red rose on one shoulder — that was undoubtedly a showstopper. Her playful twist on traditional attire perfectly shows how a touch of creativity can transform classic fashion into something uniquely stunning.
To further elevate her look, Taapsee accessorised with white heels, pearl earrings and statement rings. As for the glam quotient, the actress opted for rosy pink cheeks, mascara-laden lashes, darkened brows and a bold red lip shade. Sharing the post on Instagram she wrote, “When the Paris Rani reached Delhi!” referring to her recent visit to Paris to support her husband and Indian badminton coach, Mathias Boe, at the 2024 Olympic Games.
As soon as she shared the post, the comment section was flooded with a slew of reactions from fans and admirers. One Instagram user wrote, “You keep slaying every day. More power to you girl.” Another commented, “Kaatil Haseena in peace mood.” Meanwhile, a fan simply wrote, “Wow so beautiful.”
Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba is available for streaming on Netflix starting today, August 9. The film serves as the sequel to the 2021 thriller film Hasseen Dillruba which starred Taapsee, Vikrant and Harshvardhan Rane in the lead roles.
While speaking to the media about her role in the sequel, Taapsee recently said, “I approached the second part (Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba) with more confidence than I did with the first (Haseen Dillruba). I hope the audience feels the same way. This time the character is darker, edgier and the stakes are high.”
Meanwhile, Taapsee will be next seen in director Mudassar Aziz’s comedy film Khel Khel Mein alongside Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Ammy Virk, Aditya Seal, Fardeen Khan and Pragya Jaiswal. The film is set to hit the theatres on August 15.
