Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa were simplicity personified as they were spotted eating at a local restaurant in Mumbai recently. As the couple enjoyed the meal at the eatery located in Matunga East, someone captured the precious moment and the video has now gone viral. In the clip, the couple could be seen engrossed in what seems to be an engaging conversation.
Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa were dressed in casual outfits in the video. While Rajkummar opted for a grey-coloured shirt, Patralekhaa embraced a traditional fashion in a floral saree. As the video shows, the couple prefers a simple way of leading life. Originally posted on Instagram, the video was accompanied by a caption that read, “Rajkummar Rao and Patralekha caught eating at a local restaurant in Matunga East.”
Rajkummar Rao is indeed a proud husband as Patralekhaa’s role of an air-hostess in Anubhav Sinha’s recently released IC814: The Kandahar Hijack has been winning hearts. Not one to miss out on any opportunity to praise his dearest wife, Rajkummar dropped a touching post dedicated to her on Instagram. In an elaborate note, he wrote, “My dearest Patralekhaa My heart is filled with pride seeing you getting so much love for your performance in IC814 where some reviewers said your performance shines the most in the show or yours is their favourite performance in the show. I’ve seen you working so hard, in these last couple of years, shooting and then not shooting for months and then shooting 2 things back to back.”
Further expressing his admiration for Patralekhaa as an artist, Rajkummar Rao added, “It started with CityLights where you were the best thing in the film and now #IC814. Phule and Gulkanda Tales are yet to release where you are phenomenal again. Your Grit and Passion for your work is truly inspiring my love and nobody deserves this more than you. You deserve all the happiness in the world. Cherish this moment. I Love you. Your proud Husband.”
Rajkummar Rao, on the other hand, is garnering applause for his role in Stree 2. Co-starring Shraddha Kapoor, Aparshakti Khurrana, Abhishek Banerjee and Pankaj Tripathi, the film has taken the box office by storm.
Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa got married in 2021.
