Earlier, it was reported that Kartik Aaryan and Fatima Sana Shaikh would pair up for the third franchise of Aashiqui. However, there has been no official confirmation yet. In September last year, The Pyaar Ka Punchnama actor shared the announcement of Aashiqui 3, and since then, fans have been waiting for more updates.

Kartik Aaryan was recently seen in the movie Satya Prem Ki Katha along with his costar Kiara Advani. The film was released in June of this year and has received a positive response from the audience. Globally, the film has crossed the gross 100 crore mark.
