Australian cricketer David Warner and India movie star Allu Arjun have often expressed their admiration for each other. Their warm relationship was on display again when Arjun penned a heartfelt wish on Instagram, wishing Warner on his 37th birthday.
Branding the Australian opener as a “cricket superstar,” the Telugu actor wrote, “Many returns of the day, David Warner. Wishing you the best of everything you want and more.”

Warner has often shared reels on his Instagram account through which he’s shown his admiration of Arjun and his movies, especially ‘Pushpa: The Rise’, for which the Tollywood star won a National Award a few weeks back.
Warner made sure to congratulate Arjun on his monumental achievement. It was the first time that Arjun took home a National Award during his illustrious acting career thus far.
In an Instagram story, Warner re-shared a photograph from Arjun’s account, where all the National Award winners from the Telugu film industry were seen posing together. “Congratulations and well done, Allu Arjun,” the cricketer wrote.
Warner is currently in India as part of Australia’s squad for the ongoing ICC ODI World Cup. Since touching down in the country, Warner has time and again demonstrated his love for the movie, ‘Pushpa: The Rise’, with his on-field gestures.
In a recent match against the Netherlands in Delhi, Warner entertained the crowd with his impromptu dance moves.

In a viral clip, fans at the Arun Jaitley Stadium were heard chanting the name of Warner when he was standing at the boundary line.
The cheer caught the attention of Warner, who smiled back at the crowd and greeted them in the iconic ‘Pushpa’ style.
In another video, Warner was seen randomly doing the hook steps of “Srivalli”, a popular track from Allu Arjun’s Pushpa.

Warner has been in fine form in this ODI World Cup. In his last appearance against the the Netherlands, he notched up his second consecutive century in the tournament, scoring 104 runs off 93 balls.
He went into the match on the back of a blistering 163-run knock against Pakistan which is so far the second-highest individual score in this World Cup.
Warner’s power-packed batting helped Australia win both fixtures comfortably to make a roaring entry into the knockout race. With three wins in five games, Australia are now fourth on the points table.
