His prowess with the bat helped him stitch a formidable partnership with KL Rahul that stabilised the innings for India. His 85-run knock helped India secure a victory by six wickets. Kohli will next feature in India’s clash against Afghanistan on October 11.
Virat Kohli has been in phenomenal form for India in 2023. The player has smashed three ODI centuries this year. Two of them came against Sri Lanka in a bilateral series. The third one was against Pakistan in the Super Four stage of the Asia Cup. His crucial innings helped India secure the final against Sri Lanka which they won by 10 wickets.
