Azam Khan's Son Abdullah Accused of Having two PAN Cards
The President of Indian Industries Association Rampur, Aakash Kumar Saxena, has alleged that Abdullah had given a wrong PAN number - DWAPK7513R - in his affidavit filed with the Election Commission of India.

Lucknow: Son of Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan and Swar MLA Abdullah Azam has come under the scanner after an accusation that he possesses two PAN cards.

The President of Indian Industries Association Rampur, Aakash Kumar Saxena, has alleged that Abdullah had given a wrong PAN number - DWAPK7513R - in his affidavit filed with the Election Commission of India. He has also alleged that Abdullah possesses another PAN card allotted to his name - DFOPK6164K.

According to the Akash Saxena, son of ex-minister Shiv Bahadur Saxena, Abdullah Azam in his affidavit showed the pan with the following number - DWAPK7513R. At the same time, in the documents of ITR, he has mentioned another PAN number: DFOPK616K.

Speaking to media at Lucknow Press Club on Wednesday, Saxena said, “I have complained to the Income Tax department and Election Commission about Abdullah Azam having two PAN numbers, which is illegal. Former Minister Azam Khan is a liar and has got his son two PAN cards and has also helped him in winning the elections using his post. There should be a case of fraud against Azam Khan and his son Abdullah.”

Azam Khan is considered a close aide of Mulayam Singh Yadav and he played the role of a mediator between Mulayam Singh Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav when the war the father-son duo reached its peak.
