FDI: Pranab to address Congress members today

New Delhi: The government on Wednesday decided to hold back FDI in retail, following relentless pressure from the Opposition and some allies.

While some debate still exists on whether the move has been suspended or rolled back, the government has said that no action will be taken without a consensus.
