The Allahabad High Court is slated to hear a case against Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi in connection with the ongoing JNU Row on Tuesday.

A public interest litigation (PIL) has stated that the Gandhi scion took an anti-national stance by supporting students of the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).

Rahul Gandhi had visited JNU campus and shown his support to the protesting students, who are accused of organising an event in solidarity with 2001 Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru, where anti-national slogans were raised.

The Congress vice president is also facing a sedition case in the same matter in a Hyderabad court.
