Congress and SP MPs staged a walkout from Rajya Sabha after FM Arun Jaitley accused UPA government for delay in probing black money accounts.
A day after the opposition stalled the proceedings of Parliament on the first working day of the winter session over the issue of black money, it will be taken up for discussion in both the Houses on Wednesday. The opposition alleged that the Narendra Modi government has done nothing on its promise to bring back black money in 100 days.
