Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bharatiya Janata Party president Amit Shah will jointly address an election rally in Gaya district of Bihar on Sunday. This is Modi's second visit to Bihar within a span of just 20 days after becoming the Prime Minister in May 2014. The public meeting also comes in the backdrop of Centre appointing a new Bihar Governor.
