2.53 pm: 30 MP's of NDA write to Rajya Sabha Chairman to take action against all those who are disrupting the House.

12.15 pm: Sushma Swaraj: "I challenge the Opposition to produce even the tiniest bit of evidence of my involvement in getting travel papers for (tainted cricket administrator) Lalit Modi. The UK government itself wrote to (an Indian newspaper) saying that Lalit Modi's travel papers were issued in accordance with the rules. The matter should have ended with that reply. But the Opposition kept this non-issue alive."

12.11 pm: Sushma Swaraj makes statement inside Lok Sabha, criticising the Opposition for holding up the session by their protests. "I have always maintained that I wanted a debate (on the Lalit Modi fiasco)."

11.11 am: Rajnath Singh on Udhampur incident and Usman Khan's arrest: "There was a terrorist attack on BSF convoy in Udhampur yesterday in which two BSF jawans died and 17 were injured. One terrorist was killed and one was arrested alive. The terrorist caught alive has been taken to Jammu and is being interrogated. A case has been registered. The BSF, the J&K Police and the CRPF played a crucial role in the operation."
