5. Raisinghnagar is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Rajasthan and is part of Ganganagar (SC) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Raisinghnagar falls in Ganganagar district and North region of Rajasthan. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,44,519 voters in the seat, which includes 1,28,535 male voters, and 1,15,984 female voters. In the 2018 Rajasthan elections, Raisinghnagar recorded a voter turnout of 81.62%. In 2013 the turnout was 84.48%, and in 2008 it was 76.4%.
In 2013, Sonadevi of nuzp won the seat by a margin of 21,238 votes (11.88%). Sonadevi secured 36.78% of the total votes polled.
INC won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 5,042 votes (3.5%), registering 46.06% of the total votes polled.
In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, BJP led in the Raisinghnagar Assembly segment of the Ganganagar (SC) Parliamentary/Lok Sabha constituency.
