New Delhi: In a bid to help tame rising pollution levels, personal assistant app Helpchat has introduced an all-new feature that lets users track their immediate surroundings for its air quality.
The pollution alert feature tells users if the air around them is toxic and suggests ways to take necessary precautions.
The feature shows Air Quality Index (AQI) reading from 0 to 500+ where 0 is for cleanest and 500 is for the worst air quality.
The personalised alert system further suggests areas that one should avoid visiting in their city which have worse air quality. It also tracks the weather conditions and updates the users in real time.
Ankur Singla, Founder and CEO, Helpchat, said ,"We are launching this feature to support the Delhi government and for people of India in their effort to control the rising pollution problem.”
