Lenovo-owned Motorola will launch the G5 smartphone in India today. The smartphone was showcased at MWC 2017 along with the Moto G5 Plus in Barcelona, Spain.
The Moto G5 will sport a smaller screen size of 5-inches that will be full HD compatible. The device will also sport a 1.4 GHz octa-core processor with 3GB RAM and 16GB on-board storage. The device will also feature a 13-megapixel rear camera and a front 5-megapixel camera for selfies.

In addition to the metal body design, the Moto G5 will also sport a fingerprint scanner and a 2800 mAh battery. The device will also come loaded with the latest Android Nougat 7.0 that will be nearly a vanilla operating system.
The Moto G5 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor.
The Moto G5 is expected to be priced at Rs 12,999 and will give stiff competition to the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, the Honor 6X, the Coolpad Note 5 among others.
