New Delhi: A new tool uses linguistic analytics to infer cognitive and social characteristics and tell you more about your online personality. The Pick 1 tool is a real-time survey and social analytics platform that uses your social media feed to provide an insight into your personality characteristics.
Once you visit the pick1.com site, it asks you to either login via Facebook or use your Twitter username for the results. Once it finishes analyzing your social media feed, it gives an overview of your personality, followed by a detailed chart that includes aspects like Big Five, Values, and Needs, from communications that you make available.
It gives out information about even the percentage of certain characteristics in you like self-expression, assertiveness, modesty, etc. -all based on your social media feed.
By deriving cognitive and social preferences, Pick1 is aimed to help users understand, connect to, and communicate with other people on a more personalized level.
It can also be used by businesses to create highly engaging polls or surveys to gauge audience behavior and understand them better.
