Uber, the world's largest on-demand transportation company, has announced its nationwide campaign for Children’s Day, ‘Unbox Uber: Colour A Smile’.
Uber and Snapdeal have come together to carry out donations of crayons color packs for underprivileged kids. Riders can purchase Camlin crayons through the Snapdeal App and Uber and Snapdeal will help deliver the numerous donations to children in these NGOs.
“Through Snapdeal Sunshine, our CSR arm, we continue to provide our users various options to support social causes through in-kind donation.” said Rajnish Wahi, Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Communications, Snapdeal.
Donated crayons are directly delivered to NGOs - Teach for India, Oxfam India, Bhumi, Care India, Give India and more. The campaign will run from November 14 to November 21.
