There are lots of benefits apart from its compensation such as getting a profile listed on Xoxoday’s city page, interacting with global city enthusiasts, getting surprise gifts on birthdays and also becoming a panel member to advocate bad feedback from guests. Those who enrol need to spend a minimum of 8 hours/week to become city mentor at Xoxoday. One may become a part of this program along with their existing work contracts/business.
