Munawar Faruqui Celebrates One Month Anniversary With Mehzabeen Coatwala In Dubai

Bigg Boss 17 champion Munawar Faruqui left his fans surprised by secretly getting married to celebrity makeup artist Mehzabeen Coatwala. The couple, who had kept their relationship private, confirmed their romance on the day of the wedding, which happened on May 26. Munawar and Mehzabeen, who dated briefly before tying the knot, went to Lonavala for their honeymoon. Now, the two celebrated their one-month anniversary in Dubai. Sharing a glimpse of their special occasion on Instagram Stories, Mehzabeen wrote, “Happy 1 Month Anniversary, M and M.” In the pic, we can see a beautifully decorated cake.

Munawar Faruqui and Mehzabeen Coatwala’s wedding was attended by family members and close friends. The celebration took place in Mumbai. Confirming the news, a source close to the couple told Times Now, “Yes, Munawar is now married. He got married. He wanted to keep all of this under wraps and you won’t get any special picture from the occasion.”

It was also reported that Hina Khan played a major role in Munawar Faruqui and Mehzabeen Coatwala’s union. “Hina Khan introduced Munawar to Mehzabeen. Two months ago, at an event, Hina sent Mehazabeen to Munawar for his makeup. They met for the first time at that event,” the source was quoted as saying.

The Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai star was also present at their wedding. Sharing a picture with the newlyweds on Instagram, Hina wrote, ‘Mere yaar ki shaadi hai.’

The news of Munawar Faruqui’s second marriage cropped up after a picture was shared by a fan page on X. The page also congratulated Munawar for the new chapter in his life.

Munawar Faruqui was previously married to Jasmine, with whom he shares a 6-year-old son named Mikael.
