Soundarya Sharma rose to fame after her stint in Bigg Boss 16. Her recent appearance in a mouth freshener advertisement, Vimal, with Bollywood icons Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, and Akshay Kumar sparked significant media attention. In a conversation with a prominent media outlet, Soundarya shared her perspective on the controversy and expressed her excitement at the prospect of working with these three “giants” of the Indian film industry. She also emphasized that she never considered promoting anything unethical or harmful.
Speaking to Pinkvilla, Soundarya Sharma shared, “When I was offered the ad, first they mentioned Shah Rukh sir, Akshay sir, and Ajay sir. I thought it couldn’t be this because it has never happened before, it is something unprecedented for me as an actor sharing the screen space. Then, they mentioned the mouth freshener. For a moment, I was like ‘Okay’. Personally, the little girl in me just got really really excited about the fact that ‘Oh my God. I have grown up watching them on the silver screen. For me, it was like a dream come true. It was such a big thing for me.”
Soundarya Sharma shared a photo with Shah Rukh Khan and wished him a happy birthday. She posted a throwback photo where she can be seen posing alongside SRK. SRK looked as handsome as ever in a black t-shirt and grey pants, while Soundarya looked stunning in a blue dress. Soundarya penned a sweet message for SRK. She wrote, ” Dear SRK sir, I must have written a number of drafts to wish you on your birthday, just to be different, just to be noticed. But there is not a single existing adjective that hasn’t already been used for you. So here is a simple HAPPY BIRTHDAY wish for you. May you live forever! Love and prayers!”

Soundarya Sharma made her acting debut in 2017 with the romantic film Ranchi Diaries and won the ‘Best Debutante’ award at the Jharkhand International Film Festival. She also received a Zee Cine Awards nomination. In 2022, she participated in the popular Colors TV reality show, Bigg Boss 16, and was also featured in a Times Music exclusive release titled Garmi Mein Chill.
On the professional front, Soundarya Sharma was last seen in Altamash Faridi’s music video Bade Din Se alongside Sameer Mark. Now, she is all set to grace the screen in Sajid Nadiadwala’s upcoming comedy-drama, Housefull 5. The actress will make a cameo appearance in the star-studded film, which includes Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Sanjay Dutt, John Abraham, Dharmendra, Pooja Hegde, Kriti Kharbanda, and many others.
